Student Council Meeting + Get Together BBQ

Dear students of A&R,

the summer semester began and we proudly present to you a gathering of all students. As a student association we need to organize ourselves and therefore we will have some official announcements and voting before the evening will end with a BBQ session. Make sure that you have time, it would be great to see you there!

The meeting at the AStA will begin at 4pm in the room next to the entrance. The agenda of this meeting will be:

• Overview of the current work of the student association (additional announcements for next events)
• Voting of student representatives to the university council
• A big BBQ event from around 6pm until the end of the evening (at a different location)

The BBQ will be at the Haus Dörstelmann (Baroper Str. 322) which is on the south campus. We will provide the grill including equipment, some soft drinks, bread, salads and snacks for free. We will sell beer against a small donation. Everything else you should bring on your own, like meat, cheese, vegetables or everything else you want to grill. There will be separated parts for meat, halal meat and vegetables with aluminum plates.
